I believe we are all here to answer the call of our Dharma (the great work of our life) and to play it all out.
To become the best in the world at what you can uniquely do. And to keep redefining what you do and who you are until this is true.
Here's my journey going from a Buddhist monk to struggling entrepreneur, to business coach for 6 and 7-figure thought leaders, and then to becoming a wizard at business operations, systems, and growth mindset.

My journey began as a Buddhist monk for 7 years, practicing under the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

In 2018, I co-built 1MT, a business consulting agency. Grew it to 7-figures in two years by helping visionary entrepreneurs scale their businesses and teams.

In 2018, I collaborated in establishing 1MT, a corporate advisement firm. Elevated it to a seven-figure entity within two years by assisting forward-thinking businesspersons enlarge their companies and crews.
Currently building my fourth business, OS Lab. A membership program and software products to help coaches build and grow their business.

In 2016, I started my first business, Stillness Labs, teaching mindfulness and EQ to over 60 companies including Microsoft, Deloitte, Lululemon, Four Seasons... and then I burned out.
In 2018, I co-built 1MT, a business consulting agency. Grew it to 7-figures in two years by helping visionary entrepreneurs scale their businesses and teams.
Co-built my third business, Waking Dragons, the world’s first self-development program helping Asian men become better men and leaders.
